Lubbenau

Took a day trip on the train to visit this quaint German town famous for its pickles and waterways that are perfect for flat bottom kayaking.   Travel by commuter rail is convenient and relatively inexpensive.
We ate the pickles and navigated the little boats enjoying the country after so many days in an urban jungle.

So? How were the pickles?

Judy the pickles were delicious. 50 pfenning each. I liked the one cured with mustard best.
Strangely they also sold an alcohol infused pickle juice for that salt booze jolt. Did not try.
